Portals: Diving Deep

This is the first online group healing container in a series of classes. We will gather in sacred space (around the fire as we like to say in shamanism) in a safe, sacred container for you to journey inward. We will work with shamanic healing, our intention and our sacred breath in a safe nurturing space. You will be held...and also asked to delve into what you need to heal, which can feel a little daunting (but this is how we shed our layers and reclaim our power).

Healing work is not linear, but below is an overview of what you will be immersed in (you do not have to understand what all this means...feel it in your bones, open your heart and come ready to 'work'.)
