Recorded Shamanic Shadow Work Session (Please note: This is not a live session. Although the booking form requires you to select a time/date this is NOT when your session will take place. Your session will be sent to your e-mail as a video link within 14 days of the date of your selected session). What is Shadow Work? Shadow work could be described as allowing the hidden, pushed away and not desirable aspects of ourselves to resurface from our subconscious so that we can heal, alchemize and integrate these aspects of ourselves to become whole. If we do not do this we still experience these energies (e.g. we feel triggered and have an emotional response to something but we may not know why). Whereas you could say that this naturally is a part of shamanic work in general, I like to think of it as ‘committing to doing deeper work, facing fears and allowing for the uncomfortable’. In a sacred safe space we allow ourselves to ask ‘what do I need to see/feel/address’ and we take it from there. What do I receive? This service is similar to my live shamanic healing sessions, however, done via distance and sent as a video link (available for 30 days) for you to watch when suits you. Each session is tailored to the client/your intention and reason for booking, however, typically will include: Intention Setting/Opening Sacred Space Mini Tarot/oracle card reading/Shamanic tracking of what needs to be done Small breathwork session to take us deeper/preparing for deeper work Guided Shadow work journey (a teaching I received from teacher Inca Priest Giuliano Salas) Extractions (removing heavy energies) Illumination (Bringing in light energy) Take home care/Suggestions for anchoring the medicine/Coaching Remember, YOUR intention and open heart matters. Take a moment to truly set your intention for the session and to share with me what is on your heart (on the booking form). Shadow work is not dark or evil, but it is deep and requires a willingness to do heavy work and face fears. This is where we can truly become free and unbound and begin to heal. This session is similar to a regular shamanic session, however, we do the shadow work journey and it is also 30 min longer than my regular sessions, allowing us to go a little deeper. With love, Tessa
